Clean technologies provides the scientific expertise needed to handle the challenges and exploit the opportunities of the industry related to the environment. Additional competence is provided through close relations with a number of industries, energy providers and public entities.
Past and present projects cover development and dissemination of cleantech solutions that provide better performance at lower cost within the energy sector, manufacturing and processing industries, as well as green buildings and environmental technology.
Clean technologies is responsible for the Cleantech Agder project. The group collaborates with research institutions such as The University of Agder, Agderforskning, The Institute for Energy Technology (IFE), SINTEF Energy, NILU, NIVA, Tel-Tek, The Technical University of Denmark, and the International Research Institute Stavanger (IRIS).
